HTS Services, Inc. provides international freight forwarding, ocean container shipping, RoRo shipping, air cargo, and land transport services. We act as an agent on your behalf and are not liable for the acts or omissions of carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
3. Cargo Liability
Our liability for loss or damage to cargo is limited to the terms of the applicable carrier's bill of lading or airway bill. We strongly recommend purchasing cargo insurance for all shipments. HTS Services, Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due as specified in your invoice. We reserve the right to hold cargo until payment is received. Late payments may be subject to interest charges. All prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Prohibited Items
You agree not to ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to: illegal goods, hazardous materials without proper declaration, counterfeit goods, or items prohibited by the destination country. You are responsible for ensuring your cargo complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
